Cross Point A office building is a ex-factory building of the former Adam Próchnik Clothing Factory, refurbished in 2009, located at Śmigłego-Rydza 20 Avenue in Łódź, just 2 km from the central point of the city.
The production building has been transformed into a class A office building with 13,500 m² of rentable space, in which, in addition to offices, there is also a restaurant and an intimate gym with two saunas. On the ground floor there are banking, leasing and insurance services. The area of a typical floor can be easily and flexibly divided to the needs of smaller tenants, and shallow tracts provide deep penetration of daylight, so that there are no dark areas in the building.
