The tenement house is located at 26 Jasna Street in the very center of Warsaw. The architectural idea that guided the creators of the project made the existing tenement house a modern class A office building, which is a contrast to the historic neighboring buildings.
As part of the reconstruction, the existing body gained a renovated façade, a side wing in the space of the inner courtyard and additional space in mansards on the roof of the building.
The project was implemented in the "tailor-made" formula for the law firm SK&S Sołtysiński Kawecki Szlęzak. The building was sold to VIG Fund in 2014.
