Nordea Horizon is the younger brother of the Libra Business Centre building, with which it has been connected by a two-storey connector. The building has the most modern technical solutions inthe field of buildingintelligence, improvement of comfort of use and ecology. The building is adapted to support IT centers with the highest requirements.
The building has one floor of an underground garage and a city apiary on the roof.
The building has a LEED Gold ecologicalcertificate.
The building was sold to the CFH Fund in 2014.
