The Prosta 69 office building is located in Warsaw's Wola district, not far from the city center. Due to the direct access to the metro line, it is one of the best locations in the area. The building was revitalized in 2004 mainly through the reconstruction of the external façade. A richly glazed, perfectly lit office building together with a functionally designed space is an ideal place to conduct office business.
The building was sold to Orco Property Group in 2006.
